Hi! I am Daniel Esteban Martinez

Entering the entrepreneurial realm in 2018, my journey originates from a humble background, much like many others. Hailing from a typical household, my father spent over 30 years working on Chicago roads, imparting a crucial lesson—to engage my brain over my body in the pursuit of success. Recognizing the limitations of physical exertion, I learned invaluable wisdom from my father, who consistently encouraged me to work smarter, not harder.

During his first two years, he helmed a trucking business, leveraging hands-on experience in the field. My foray into real estate commenced in 2019, and by 2020, I found myself drawn into the dynamic realm of Data & Skiptracing. Collaborating with my partner Anthony, we co-founded Hivemind in 2021, marking a new chapter in our entrepreneurial journey.

Having engaged in a diverse range of occupations, from painting and door-to-door sales to telemarketing, truck driving, and loading trailers, my varied experiences have crystallized my passion for the digital business space.

Recognizing the immense leverage digital products afford in the marketplace, I, alongside my partner Anthony Gaona, founded The Hive in 2021—a unique real estate and business mastermind complemented by an all-in-one CRM capable of hosting unlimited websites and users.

In 2022, Anthony and I launched the Million Dollar Land Mastermind, achieving a remarkable milestone of securing $18 million worth of land within six months of its inception.

2023 marked a strategic shift as we honed our focus on executing successful subdivides, ranging from 10 to 350 acres.

Looking ahead to 2024, we are poised to launch a real estate debt fund, facilitating land deals and ushering in new opportunities within the marketplace. This journey underscores our commitment to innovation and growth in the ever-evolving landscape of real estate and business.
